Recently, Zhao et al. proposed a revocable lattice-based ciphertext-policy attributebased encryption scheme and claimed that it could resist quantum attacks and support finegrained access control. However, there is a security flaw in their scheme. Any user may change an access policy and decrypt the ciphertext corresponding to a chosen access policy. This paper presents how the attack works.
