A Pseudo-key Scheme for Dynamic Access Control in a Hierarchy

A new scheme for dynamic access control in a hierarchy is proposed based on the sibling intractable function family (SIFF in short) which was invented by Zheng et al. in 1991. We show the advantages of the new scheme in controlling dynamic access and also point out problems in real implementation.
